Meet Linzi

Hi, hello, and welcome! My name is Linzi and I am from Louisiana. I absolutely LOVE cooking and started at an early age. I am here to provide authentic Southern meals that your family will enjoy. My mission is to show that anyone can learn and cook delicious Southern meals. When I say Southern I mean that REAL “Dirty South” home-cooking. I am a Louisiana girl so Cajun-French style cuisines are my speciality. When I say southern meals I mean jambalaya, smothered okra, crawfish étouffée, dirty rice, and so much more!!
